All customers may return items for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the date an order was received. Customers can only exchange or refund items that are returned in the same perfect condition that they were dispatched to you. All shoes must be returned in the same shoebox that was received so please do not destroy or damage the shoe box when items are received. If the exchange item requested is no longer available at the time of processing and no alternatives are provided, an automated refund will be applied.
All customers have a maximum of 30 days from the date the parcel was received to identify any faulty items and contact us.
The postage on the returned items will be paid for by Excite Fashions.

All items are currently being dispatched to the UK only. All items take between 1 and 3 days to be delivered unless the item is out of stock and we have informed you it may take longer.
